Handmade Ceramic Statement Pendant

Stunning Ceramic Oval Pendant from the Fragments Collection. This stunning pendant has been hand formed from earthenware clay. Following its first firing in the Kiln a mixture of Underglazes and coloured clay slips have been used to decorate the pendant using a mixture of Teal, Blue, Grey, ochre and Pink.  Before it undertakes a second firing in the kiln.

The Fragment is then stitched to the pendant using beautiful high quality embroidery thread in Pale Blue.  Creating this completely unique and distinctive piece.

A simple Pale Grey waxed cotton cord measuring approximately 24" and is fully adjustable has been used to best enhance the Pendant.

The pendant itself measures approximately 7x 5.5 cm, the rear of the pendant has been left unglazed to allow the tactile nature of the clay to shine through. It is here you will find the MB makers mark.

 The Pendant is presented beautifully in a simple grey gift box with contrasting tissue, it would make a stunning gift or of course why not treat yourself.
