Handmade Ceramic Stitched Tear drop Statement Pendant *reduced

This unusual Tear drop shaped pendant has been hand formed from earthenware Clay and twice fired in the Kiln for strength.  

 Glazed using a brushstroke effect. Coloured slips and underglazes of Grey, Blue, Black, Yellow and Pink have been applied to this Tear Drop pendant before being twice fired in a kiln.

Beautiful Threads of Teal and French Green have been used to stitch the pendant creating a completely unique piece of ceramic jewellery.

The piece is deceptively lightweight to wear measuring 6 x 4 cm and can be so easily dressed up or down.

Hung on a soft Black waxed cotton necklace that is fully adjustable.
